Refunds for all full price purchases are issued at the Support Office in the manner in which you paid for them, within two business days after the item is received. For all returns, please ensure that the item(s) are unworn and in the original condition in which you received them. You must also include your contact details and receipt to verify your purchase.
Refunds for all reduced products will have an E-voucher issued by the Support Office.

Yes, you can exchange your online purchase in store. Please contact returns@wittner.com.au or call (03) 9428 1900 and notify us of your contact details and the size and style that you require. The Support Office will advise you of a store nearest to you where you can exchange for the size you require.
For all exchanges, please ensure that the item(s) are unworn and in the original condition in which you received them and remember to include your receipt to verify your purchase.

Alternatively, you can email; support@wittner.com.au. We do not accept credit card payments over the phone; however you can process a phone order via direct transfer.
Yes, Wittner is a secure shopping site. The website uses an electronic security system which is designed to protect your contact and payment details that you enter on the site. The web pages are encrypted with 128 bit encryption. When ordering online, please feel comfortable that both your contact and payment details will be secure over the internet.
Upon delivery, shipments must be signed for. Therefore, a home or work address is preferred method of shipment. However, if a postal box is your only shipping option we will accept this delivery method.
Yes, we do accept international shipments to all destinations around the world. International shipments will take between 7 and 14 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
- For all parcels delivered within Australia; expect your parcel to arrive between 3- 5 business days.
- For all orders shipped to New Zealand; expect your parcel to arrive within 5-10 business days.
- All International orders will take 7-14 business days.
Once you have finalised your order it begins to process and you cannot make any changes online. However, if you have made an accidental error about the size or style, please promptly email support@wittner.com.au and we will try to rectify the mistake.
Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and a unique Australian Air Express (AAE) con note number.
You can track your order using the AAE con note number at www.aae.com.au. For all international orders; you will receive a unique tracking number, this will inform you if your parcel has left Australia. You can view this at: www.auspost.com.au/international

Occasionally, if you order multiple pairs, we have to source them from different stores. Therefore, your entire purchase may not arrive together. All sale items are reduced from the Original Retail Price. In some instances during the season, some styles are ‘Priced Fresh.’ This is when a style is priced at a lower value than its Original Retail Price. Items that are Priced Fresh are not considered to be on sale. If a Priced Fresh product does go on sale; please be aware that its Reduced Sale Price is taken from the Original Value. It is not taken from its Priced Fresh value.
