Shipping & Returns


We aim to deliver within 3 - 5 business days almost anywhere in Australia. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take 7 - 10 days. We dispatch using a premium courier service direct to your home or place of work.  

Upon placing your order an automated confirmation email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. A subsequent email detailing your tracking number will be sent once the goods are dispatched. 

To Guarantee Safe Arrival of your Wittner goods, please specify a business hours address for delivery [PO Box delivery addresses are not preferred]. If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can sign for the delivery. If no one is present to accept delivery, your purchase will be left in the most logical and secure location available ortaken to the local post office or Startrack depot, a card will be left.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a gift. 


Wittner Online Returns/Exchanges

At Wittner we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so our returns and exchange policy has been designed to make dealing with Wittner as easy as wearing our shoes.


1. Retrieve your order number (refer top of the Wittner Sale Confirmation Email)

2. Make sure the product is not worn

3. Make sure it is able to be returned in its original Wittner box or packaging

4. Make sure you have the Wittner receipt received with the goods.

Free return shipping is offered for size exchanges (i.e. We will send the new size back to you anywhere in Australia at no additional cost to you) however the cost to return the goods to us is born by you. 


Product that is not reduced (full price) can be returned for a full refund or credit either via; 

  1. Visit any Wittner Store* (within 14 days of purchase), or by
  2. Return post the goods to 107-111 Botany Rd Waterloo NSW 2017 or Shop 234 Bridge Rd, Richmond VIC 3121 (within 21 days of purchase) with all documentation enclosed.

Providing the goods are returned with the purchase receipt, in an unworn condition and in their original Wittner box. (PS – Our boxes are amazingly strong and most customers want to keep them for storage purposes) a refund will be processed by our interactive sales team within 48 hours of goods being received and in the same tender as the original payment. Please note that dependant on your bank; refunds may take up to 5 business days to clear.


  1. To our Stores - Reduced or Sale Merchandise returned to our stores can be exchanged or a credit note* given where an exchange is not possible (an E-Credit voucher may be requested for online redemptions).
  2. Via Post or Courier to 107-111 Botany Rd Waterloo NSW 2017 or Shop 234 Bridge Rd, Richmond VIC 3121 with all documentation enclosed. An E-Credit voucher* will be issued electronically back to you for these returns. 

 *A store generated Credit note can only be redeemed in store and an E-Credit voucher can only be redeemed online.


Will be accepted and processed at the selling price applicable at the time of return. 


All costs for international orders associated with shipping will be at the customer’s expense.  This includes purchases, exchanges and or refunds.
