Making your online purchase is efficient and safe with Wittner. After you have placed your order we will ensure that delivery occurs quickly. Please note the following delivery instructions.
To ensure the safety of your purchase, please specify a business hours address for delivery of the goods. If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can sign for the goods on delivery. P.O. Box addresses are not valid as someone must be present to receive the goods.
Our delivery rates provide for one premium courier service direct to your home or place of work within 2 - 5 working days.
Delivery for Australian residents will be charged at a fixed rate of AUD$14.95
International Customers
Acceptable Payment Methods
In order to ensure delivery of the goods you have ordered, international customers are required to forward payment via either of the following two methods:
- Bank Cheque - A bank cheque is a secure form of payment that is easily obtained from your bank in the country you reside. It should be made out in Australian dollars to Wittner Shoes for the total value of your purchase, inclusive of freight. Please post the bank cheque to:

- Direct Debit / Electronic Transfer - We will accept direct debit from your on-line bank account as a form of payment. Once you have purchased your goods through our on-line store you will need to logon to your on-line banking account and deposit the total order value, inclusive of freight to:

When completing a purchase international customers will be asked to select their preferred payment option.
Our interactive department will contact you to:
- Confirm receipt of your order
- Advise you of the total cost of your purchase (inclusive of freight), and
- Provide the details that you need in order to forward total order payment.
Whilst international banks around the world do not have agreements in place to ensure protection against international credit card fraud we regret being unable to accept credit cards from international customers as a secure payment method. This may be avoided with regular clientele.
The following chart provides indicative freight costs for the sending of an average weight pair of shoes. The costs are indicative only and are quoted in Australian dollars. The Wittner Interactive dispatch department will seek the best rate available for sending your order without compromising our commitment for quick and efficient delivery.
Please ensure the address specified is your place of work as a signature is required to confirm delivery.

Returns Policy
"Customer service is our number one concern!"
- We are happy to accept your exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Receipt is required for all refunds.
- Returned merchandise must be unworn.
- Refunds will be made in the same manner as original payment.
- For returns without a receipt we will make an exchange at the current selling price of the item.
When you return a product(s) to us for exchange or refund we will re-send the requested item(s) at our expense. This applies to products dispatched in Australia.
