AS A PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEE OF WITTNER'S

• I understand that employment offered is based upon the accuracy of information contained herein,
  and that any misrepresentation of facts or material omission could give grounds for non-appointment
  or subsequent instant dismissal.
• I agree that references may be verified by the company, without such checking constituting any breach
  of confidentiality on the company's part.
• I agree that upon termination of employment, the company may deduct any monies owing to me, an amount
  that represents the value of any company property in my keeping which has not been returned to the
  company or otherwise paid for.
• I acknowledge and agree that all transactions, records and information pertaining to the business
  will be held in strict confidence and imparted to no other party either during or after my employment
  with Wittner's.
• I know of no reason why I am medically unable to fulfill the functions of the position sought.
• I will abide by the company rules and regulations.
• I will give the required notice of termination as detailed in the Enterprise Agreement.
