A Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
Wittner is certified as a RTO. This means we provide nationally recognised qualifications to our retail employees in fields such as Retail Supervision and Operations. Such programs offered by Wittner are incentives for our retail staff, and are designed to advance expertise in the workplace. The Training Officer is responsible for managing the training and assessment of staff undertaking these workplace qualifications. Joining a program is easy and they are designed to be rewarding and fun.
