All orders $120AUD and over enjoy FREE SHIPPING to all Australian destinations.

Any order to an Australian destination less than $120AUD will incur a $9.95AUD shipping fee.

We aim to deliver Australian orders within 3 - 5 business days from the time of order. Please note that during our sale/promotional events, delivery may take up to 7 - 10 business days. 

Upon placing your order an automated confirmation email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your order. A subsequent email detailing your tracking number will be sent once the order is dispatched. 

To guarantee safe arrival of your Wittner online purchase, please specify a business hours address for delivery [PO Box delivery addresses are not preferred]. If the item(s) are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can sign for the delivery. If no one is present to accept the delivery, your purchase will be left in the most logical and secure location available or taken to the local post office or Startrack depot. A card with pick up details will be left.


When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email with delivery details and a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.

Any order to a New Zealand destination enjoys $15.00 AUD flat rate shipping.

Orders to any other international destination enjoys $30.00 AUD flat rate shipping for order 4 items or less. International Orders (excluding New Zealand) of 5 items or more incur a $60 flat rate shipping fee.

To confirm dispatch from Australia please visit Wittner takes no responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that may be imposed during the importation into your country. No orders will be split to avoid these charges. 

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a gift.

Our Click & Collect service is now available at select Wittner stores. Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from your preferred Wittner store at no cost. Find out more information about the service here.



Save time by locating which Wittner store has your special item(s) before you head to the store. By entering your postcode in our 'Find In Store' option, you can check the availability of that item(s) at a store closest to you.



At Wittner we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so our returns and exchange policy has been designed to be as easy as wearing our shoes!

Whether you shop in-store or online our process is the same. If you have a change of heart, you can return or exchange any item that is unworn and in its original condition to any Wittner store or Wittner online within 30 days of order receipt to receive a full refund or credit. Select refunds to providers (such as Afterpay, Zippay, Paypal & Amazon) cannot be processed in store, any refunds to these accounts will be processed via our office next business day.        

Returns will be accepted on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise returned to any Wittner store or Wittner online within a reasonable timeframe, after assessment by a Wittner representative.

For any purchases of product made outside of a Wittner store (eg. purchases from The Iconic), the return must be processed at the business where the original purchase was made.



All purchases made at a Wittner David Jones Concession store fall under David Jones' Returns and Exchange Policy and must be returned to a David Jones store. Wittner retail stores or online cannot accept returns of product purchased in a David Jones concession store and vice versa.

Gift vouchers, e-vouchers and credit notes can only be redeemed in the business of issue. Purchases made within David Jones stores from Wittner concessions will not contribute towards Wittner Co.’s reward status.


  1. Retrieve your order number (refer top of the Wittner Order Confirmation Email)
  2. Make sure the product is not worn
  3. Make sure it is able to be returned in its original Wittner box or packaging
  4. Make sure you have the Wittner receipt received with the items.


For purchases 


Simply show your Order Confirmation (this was emailed to you when you placed your online order or the receipt enclosed when you received your items) at any Wittner store within 30 days of purchase and our store staff will be happy to assist you with processing an exchange or return. Use our Store Locater to find your closest store and our Find In Store feature to locate the product for exchange.

For Click & Collect orders, if your purchase is simply not what you had hoped a refund may be possible if the card presented is the same as used in the original transaction.


Within 30 days of purchase, please post your item along with the original purchase receipt to:

Providing the items are returned with the purchase receipt, in an unworn condition and in their original Wittner box, a full refund will be processed by our Customer Service team within 48 hours of goods being received and in the same tender as the original payment. Please note that dependent on your bank; refunds may take up to 5 business days to clear. 


If you need to exchange your purchase for another size please contact Customer Service on (03) 9428 1900 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00am - 5.30pm AEST) or email [email protected].

Wittner will send the new size back to you anywhere in Australia at no additional cost, however you are responsible for all return postage costs. 


Will be accepted and processed as an E-Voucher or store Credit note at the selling price applicable at the time of return. 



All returns and exchanges are to be managed in the country and currency of the original purchase. 

All costs for international orders associated with shipping will be at the customer’s expense. This includes purchases, exchanges and/or refunds.



Available on in-store purchases only

Full Price items may be laybyed in store with a minimum 20% deposit and $5.00 non-refundable layby fee for a period of up to 4 weeks.

Reduced or Sale Merchandise may be laybyed with a minimum 50% deposit and $5.00 non-refundable layby fee for a period of up to 2 weeks.

Payments can only be made in the store the layby was created in.

For items below $50.00, no layby is available.
