You can return or exchange any item, including any pair from our women’s sale heels as long as they’re unworn and still in their original condition. Simply send your purchase to any Wittner store or via Wittner Online Returns within 30 days and you’ll receive a refund, credit or exchange. If you’d like a refund, rest assured you’ll get your money back within 7 days.
Can’t find the receipt? Not to worry. If you are unable to provide proof of purchase, we can exchange your item or offer store credit equivalent to its current selling price. If you wish to exchange your order for an item of greater value, please visit us in store and we’ll help you in any way we can.
