Delivery to home:
Free for orders over $140AUD. For orders under this value, Standard Delivery is $9.95 AUD.
Get your shoes delivered to the address of your choice within 3-7 business days in metropolitan areas once your order has been dispatched.
After you’ve placed your order online, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order has been packed and is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking details.
If your order is being fulfilled from multiple locations, you will receive different tracking numbers for each parcel.
All of our orders are given Authority to Leave by default. This means that your order will be left in a safe place, at your delivery address if a recipient isn't present to accept the order. If you are wanting to change this option, you can do so via the AusPost Website or by downloading the AusPost App here.
Please note that we cannot change the delivery address once your order has been placed. Kindly ensure you input the correct address as we cannot accept liability due to incorrect details
Please note: In periods of high demand and during promotions, your order may take up to 7 business days to be dispatched. Standard deliveries may take between 3-10 business days to arrive once dispatched.
Click and Collect:
Check Out:
- Select Click & Collect at check out and simply nominate your preferred location.
- Only available in Australia.
Order Confirmation:
- Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an email saying we've received your Click & Collect order.
- Our Customer Support team will check the availability of the products purchased and send a second email to confirm your order.
- If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order for Click & Collect, we will ship it to you free of charge.
Pick Up In Store:
- Once your order has been prepared, you'll receive an email saying that it's ready for pick up from your selected store.
- Now all you have to do is visit your nominated store, collect your order and enjoy!
* Please note we require a copy of ID when picking up your Click and Collect order in-store as a form of fraud prevention.
NEW ZEALAND
- For our New Zealand customers ordering online, we offer our Standard Delivery service.
- This is FREE on orders over $140 AUD and costs $9.95 AUD + NZ GST for purchases at a lower value.
- Orders being shipped to New Zealand may take up from 6-12 business days.
- NZ GST (15%) will apply to all orders for New Zealand customers. Shipping fees will also incur NZ GST.

Delivery FAQs
Why haven't I received my order confirmation email?
Please check your spam, junk or promotional folders before getting in touch. These emails are automatically sent out when the order is placed online but sometimes ends up in the wrong place!
I haven't received my shipping details - is there a problem?
You will receive your shipping details when the order is scanned by our courier. Sometimes this can take a few days due to high demand. If you haven't received tracking details within 5 days of placing your order, first check your junk folder and then reach out to Customer Service if the email is not there.
For Pre order styles you will receive an email confirming the shipping details once the style has arrived to our warehouse and has been packed ready to be shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link that you can use on our carrier’s website to track your order. Your tracking number will become active once the driver has picked up and scanned your parcel. If you don't receive your tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder in case it makes its way into there!

How soon will I receive my order?
Depending on your shipping method, the timeframe for your delivery will vary.

Can I give Authority to Leave my parcel outside if I’m not home?
All of our orders are given Authority to Leave by default. This means that your order will be left in a safe place, at your delivery address if a recipient isn't present to accept the order. If you are wanting to change this option or know where your existing order is, you can make the changes or get updates via the AusPost Website or by downloading the AusPost App here.
I only received part of my order - where is the rest?
We may have split your order into multiple shipments. In the event of split orders, you should receive separate emails with tracking for each parcel.
I ordered on a weekend or Public Holiday. When will I receive my tracking information?
We process orders daily so you should receive your tracking email as soon as your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch.
However, as our couriers don’t pick up on weekends or Public Holidays, your tracking number won’t become active until it has been picked up and scanned by the driver.
Can my order be delivered on a weekend?
Currently, our delivery options are only available Mon-Fri.
For weekend orders, use our Click & Collect service, which allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from your selected Wittner store at no cost.
How does Click & Collect work?
Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from your preferred Wittner store for free!
During the checkout process you can choose to collect the items in your shopping bag from a Wittner store of your choice within Australia.
We aim to have Click & Collect orders ready to pick up within 30 minutes of store confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.
What happens if my chosen store is unable to fulfill my Click & Collect order?
If the store is unable to fulfil your order, we will ship it to your delivery address at no further cost.
What if I can’t make it into store to pick up my Click & Collect order?
Get in touch with the store directly and let them know when you expect to pick up your order, or alternatively contact our Customer Service team.
Can I edit/cancel my order?
We kindly ask that all your order details are correct prior to order placement as once your order has been placed and imported into our system we cannot make any changes, amendments or cancellations. Our fulfilment centres are conscious of processing orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to cancel once submitted.
I am placing an international order. What else do I need to know?
Customs and import duties, taxes and fees will vary from country to country and delivery timeframes may be affected by customs or other importation requirements.
Please be aware of your country's restrictions and regulations for the importation of leather shoes and accessories before completing your order.
NZ GST (15%) will apply to all orders for New Zealand customers. Shipping fees will also incur NZ GST.
An export levy is applicable to all orders exiting Australia and covers the cost of additional fees incurred by Wittner when sending orders worldwide.
