Payment FAQs
My payment hasn't gone through, what should I do?
If your payment hasn’t been accepted, we haven’t received your order. Please try again or contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
What is the difference between a gift card and an e-voucher?
A gift card can be purchased and redeemed both in-store and online. If you order your gift card online, it will be posted to the nominated delivery address.
An e-voucher is a digital voucher code that can be purchased online and emailed directly to the recipient of your choice.
How can I purchase an e-voucher/gift card?
You can purchase gift cards and e-vouchers online, under the Accessories page or at this link here.
You can also purchase a gift card at any Wittner store. Use our Store Locater to find your closest store.
When do gift cards, e-vouchers and credit notes expire?
Wittner gift cards & e-vouchers expire 3 years from the date of issue.
Paper credit notes expire 6 months from the date of issue.
You cannot use an e-voucher/gift card/credit note if it has expired.
Can I return an item that was purchased with an e-voucher/gift card?
Yes, when returning a purchase made with an e-voucher, credit note or gift card, you will receive a credit note, gift card or e-voucher for the value of the purchase.
What if my e-voucher, credit note, or gift card is lost or stolen?
For misplaced e-vouchers, please contact the Customer Service team so we can check whether your e-voucher has been redeemed.
Unfortunately, gift cards and credit notes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Can I transfer my e-voucher, credit note or gift card?
Yes, e-vouchers, gift cards and credit notes can be redeemed by anyone.
How do I redeem my credit note?
To redeem your credit note, simply present it in any Wittner store within 6 months of issue.

Can I pay for my order over the phone?
We are unable to complete Wittner purchases over the phone.
How do I apply a promo code to my order?
At the checkout, enter your promo code into the Coupon Code field beneath your item summary and the discount will be applied to your order total. If you are having trouble with a promo code, double check the spelling and ensure the code is still applicable.

Can I use Google Pay or Apple Pay in-store?
Yes, we accept both Google Pay and Apple Pay in our Wittner stores.
We expect to have both Google Pay and Apple Pay, as well as additional Buy Now Pay Later payment options available online soon.
Does Wittner offer layby?
Wittner still offers layby for in-store purchases only. Full Price items may be laybyed in store with a minimum 20% deposit and $5.00 non-refundable layby fee for a period of up to 4 weeks. Reduced or Sale Merchandise may be laybyed with a minimum 50% deposit and $5.00 non-refundable layby fee for a period of up to 2 weeks. Payments can only be made in the store the layby was created in. For items below $50.00, no layby is available.
Can I get a refund on a layby?
Yes, as per our Returns policy, any layby may be refunded within 30 days of collection of the goods, provided that the item is unworn and in its original condition.
